Just a quick post to wish everyone best wishes for 2020 as well as to officially recognize we are one (1) year away from the United Nations Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development.  Long overdue we afford the ocean the respect it deserves and no need to wait until 1/1/21 given the current occupant of the White House is undermining the role of science in policy making.  Now more than ever it's critical we support science backed policy development.
